Sales Representative

Moreton Capital Markets is seeking qualified representatives and advisors with a fixed income focus to serve middle market institutions, advisors and high net worth investors. Must have minimum 5 years experience and series 7, and 63 or 66.

Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Process new account openings and maintain customer account information
  • Assist customers with operational issues, general questions and processes
  • Process trades as well as execute trades with industry counterparties
  • Research market information to drive business and serve customers
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of fixed income products such as Agencies, Brokered CD’s, Commercial Paper, Corporate bonds, Municipal bonds, Treasuries, etc.
  • Create marketing materials
  • Participate in a sales training and mentorship program

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • FINRA series 7 and 63 or 66
  • 2 years of related work experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Strong desire to deliver value to customers
  • Proficient with MS Office
